Great and helpful, always comfortable. The big buses don't go to my home area, and I am always able to get picked up for my appointments or to go grocery shopping. Drivers are pleasant and courteous. 1. Problem: Don't always get exact booking time. I give it 5 stars because it's way better than riding the big buses on a busy day.

My experience has been great for most part. Few times they have canceled mine or my sons rides. I understand but when we don't have a car or drive and depend on the bus on demand to get my son to or from work. It sucks when they cancel without warning

Easy to use and schedule rides most of the time. Rides are usually available. Have had to call and ask for rides in the past but for the most part the app is usually quite reliable.

Notes you leave for the driver are never shared with the driver. I left my exact pickup location for the driver, and the driver still couldn't find me. Pick up is always 30 minutes to an hour after you schedule to be picked up. No wonder the CEO of RTS is planning to retire. On demand, it's a good idea, just implemented poorly.

This change over to the new app is horrible it doesn't work isn't accurate and when it does work it's shoddy at best. It will say there are no rides available but then 2 EMPTY buses will pass u. it is slow and unreliable

What's the point of this service if your location is out of reach, so you need to find somewhere else to meet the bus?? That defeats the "on demand" purpose I shouldn't have to catch a bus the opposite direction to then get on this bus to go back and then to my destination

Doesn't allow scheduling a ride when you're at a different location than the planned pickup location-when trying to change pickup location to be able to schedule a pickup there, changes location back to current location, which causes no rides to be available when actually getting to the pickup location
