App has potential but unless they tie up the loose ends of the amount of glitches and bug. This morning when I tried to book a ride to work, the booking went through, and I even paid for it, however the moment I close the app to reply a message and come back to the app, my booking disappeared. I even tried to contact customer service from 8:40am to 9am and there was no response. This is a bit too much even If you are a budding service. Update : they did reach out to me at 915am eventually

Arranged for school bus pickup for my P1 daughter, 7 years old from the primary school to after childcare in Woodlands, Woods Square area. The bus driver appointed by Rush owl dropped her at a different area in Woods Square that was not agreed on previously. Me, my wife and the childcare teachers were waiting in the pre agreed area. My daughter was forced off the bus without adult supervision and had to navigate her way to the child care at level 4 by herself. I have made a formal complaint.

Previously ride was $5 now its $18 for the same route, was told to email them for withdrawal of wallet balance yet no reply. Please avoid this scamming app and do not credit your money in
