I installed the upgrade to my Coleman Mach 5 A/C and this app works well enough. Bluetooth's connections are always a pain to maintain when the is too much distance between your phone and the interface component. I leave the app running on my phone and try to stay within 10 feet. If the signal drops just reconnect. Big whoop! If your bed is to far then get a blue tooth signal booster for your phone.

This last update resolved the problem for me. I use Bluetooth on Android phone. Hopefully it resolved everyone's problems.

Terrible. The app doesn't stay connected. So you have to reconnect it all the time. So you might as well just use the buttons on the unit. I can't believe that coleman-mach has an app that is generic and doesn't work.

The app looses sync with the air conditioner. I have developed a workaround. Go into "Bluetooth - settings." Tap on "thermostat settings" and go to bottom and tap "connect" several times. Then go back to app. It works more often than not.
