app tells me the session has expired and to login again but I can't access . I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but still get same error msg. the app sucks.

Tried to access account received message " Your session has expired after 20 minutes if inactivity". I was just trying to sign in, it seemed as if it was pulling up the information. Then the message if session expired after 20 minutes. Please fix it. I've never had a problem with it before.
