I love this app! I've been using it for around 2 years or more, and it has helped me feel more comfortable at the gym and using weights at home. Clear videos and instructions with alternative exercises, which not all programs have.

This is the best workout app ever! Whether you're more of a beginner weightlifter or a seasoned pro, a home lifter or a gym rat, these workouts are tailored to everyone. There are so many awesome programs, and always form notes for each exercise, so you never have to doubt if you're doing something wrong. The app always lags. The videos often don't want to play, and quite frequently, the app just crashes. The Android version does not have the latest/same features as the iPhone versions. It's unfair to pay the same subscription as iPhone users, yet not have the same functionalities as them. Why should Android users be left behind?! That's not right.

Could be a great app. Do not like that each workout is a separate video. You have to click on each individual video to see the move. Would be nice for 1 video with all the moves.

Tha app didn't work on Android I have started using the app on my Android phones for probably a month, then didn't recognize my account, I wasn't able to sign in from my iPad and when I made it the purchase is not recognize... So I ask to pay for a year subscription for less than 3 months or use
