You CANNOT rely on this app. Sometimes it works perfectly and sometimes it doesn't work at all. The responses you get from the company when you contact them through the app are a joke. Sometimes they own up to the issues and sometimes they don't. You can check this daily to see if it's working properly, but it's mostly a waste of space on my phone. Sometimes it works in the morning but not the afternoon or vice versa, but you never know so you should really not rely on it.

If I could rate this negatively I would! This app is horrible it does not track in real time , I can't even login via the website let alone login to the app and have it work properly! The district where I live should have just stuck with here comes the bus it worked so much better! Fix this and all the other problems and you might get 2 stars!
