I had a medical emergency, went to a hospital. Asked the doctor for a note, specifying the condition and findings of the screening on official hospital document. Safety Wing replied to my claim asking for an official document from the hospital. After endless emails they denied my claim, even though they had the necessary document. This insurance is cheap because it's fake and covers nothing. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this scam and get a real health insurance.

I have been insured with them for almost a year and my policy doesn't show up on the app. It says I'm not insured.... But online it shows I'm insured. They need to do some improvements on the app.

Scammy insurance. Medical claims were rejected. It's not worth it buying it. They don't even have common sense to understand a medical diagnosis of the doctor, keep giving a reason and wrong assumption so that they can reject the medical claims.
