How to register To use our mobile app you must be registered to use our online banking service. If you aren’t already registered to use our online banking service, please call us on 0800 072 1100 or visit your local branch; opening times are available on our website. During the app registration process you will need to enter your online banking User ID, password and memorable details into the app. You will then need to set up a 5 digit pass code for the app which you can use next time you log in. I am afraid Saffron just don't get this. After waiting several weeks, for them to get me online, now I am being told that my two-year-old device is not compatible with their App. I know Saffron is small, but it is so far behind other building societies.

The app keeps crashing just before login screen. This was happening 6 months ago, I gave up. Had an emailer come through from SBS saying they have had a mobile app upgrade so thought I'd give it another go, but seems no different to me. Still crashes, pointless.
