The app works okay, but I saw some issues when trying to get my availability inserted into the record. I had to insert multiple times to get it to insert.

I rely on this app for work and have to use the templates to send emails. For some reason it will stop sending emails and will not notify me. Emails will sit in the outbox for weeks until customers complain that their orders were not processed. Nothing anyone can do will fix it. It's happened twice over the last year & I've had to completely uninstall and reinstall the app to fix it. Meanwhile, Outlook and nine email continue to be able to send/receive email just fine. It's something about inbox

Its buggy and missing key features. Has some important features too. Basically use it for 1 feature: email open notifications for Salesforce Inbox. Even those don't tell me the location of the person who opened, so I cannot distinguish my teams opens from my prospects. Has no other useful purpose as email functionality is bare. Needs a lot of improvement
