Update: met with Sales loft's dev team today. There are a few bugs to work out, but overall the meeting left me confident that app improvements are rolling out soon. As I mentioned in my first draft of this review: it works, just needs some UI/UX adjustments. Appreciate their quick response to my concerns, and they are already making the necessary updates... Let's go!

This app works to deliver notifications. What I was hoping for was to be able to respond to emails, texts, and calls. Currently, none of that is working smoothly. When trying to respond via text specifically, the app will freeze, I'll exit and renter several times, but often it resends the same message to clie ts then freezes up. There is a lot of improvement to be made. The idea is great, and I have high hopes, but it isn't useful yet.

This app need not exist considering it's almost entirely useless and a total waste of sale loft clients time. It often doesn't load. Many important features are unavailable. I just wish it worked, so I could call my prospects from mobile. The app doesn't work 80% of the time when trying to pop in and dial etc.
