★★★★★ I've been using the app for a few years now have never had any problems other than sometimes it logs you out when you travel out of the country, and you have to log back in but since the update a few days ago none of us can get in we're all getting http error 503 Please resolve at your earliest convenience seeing as we love to see the days tick by to our next trip thank you Sandals for providing the best experience ever

★★★★★ This was my first time staying at a Sandals Resort - but it definitely won't be the last. I loved everything about the resort. I highly recommend getting the Butler Service. It is well worth it.

★★★★★ Indispensable for planning and while on vacation at Sandals. However, the resort maps need to be updated and made easier to view on a phone. At the moment they are scans of the standard resort map. So it's hard to use them for directions or to find a location on the resort. Making them GPS aware, or linked to the restaurants would really enhance the value of the app.

★★☆☆☆ DO NOT install this app if you think it will help you plan a vacation. It only gives you information about the resorts. While this is helpful if a trip is already planned, why wouldn't I be able to plan a trip through your app? Do better Sandals.

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't work, get HTTP 503 error every time, either to log in or even trying to use the forgot password link. Happens whether I'm on a cellular internet or even on the resort Wi-Fi

★★☆☆☆ Really enjoyed this app until the recent update rendered it useless. HTTP 503 error or can't load any of my trip info. Please fix before our trip!!!
