★★★★★ Just rolled out to Swansea. Fantastic idea. App worked well, just have to make sure the bike you are trying to check out is actually "returned" first or you get a slightly confusing error message.

★★★★★ Really good scheme. However, app didn't load this morning when trying to hire a bike, so had to walk instead

★★★★★ Mostly seems like a good app and concept. Occasionally unreliable, e.g. can't login. Could do with a way of cancelling rental if wrong bike number is entered. Also it appears they've removed the option to report faults or made it harder to find, a bike I used had no brakes which could potentially cause injury but had to trawl through their website to tell them about it.

★★☆☆☆ Unable to even open the app on Galaxy S8. Crashes with an error message every time. Completely useless

★★☆☆☆ Totally useless, can't download, can't hire the bikes (which we came camping for) all you've done is put the existing hire companies out of business. Half the bikes have chains off or flat tyres!

★★☆☆☆ Unable to even open the app so unable to hire a bike. Very disappointing.
