Absolutely terrible app. I don't know how this app went live without a quality check. Kids develop better apps these days. Doesn't accept my carnet and the only solution it seems is to go to a sucursal. I dread going there as it takes 2 hours to get anything done. Santander customer service has gotten worse over the years.

Horrible App as well as horrible, cocky and arrogant (for whom knows why), bank managers. How I miss banks from N.A. Get this, waiting in line to see a teller in Chile can take 15 m to 2hrs on reg bases. Lucky less than 10 min. Tellers are nice but so slow, and make twice as many mistakes. Also have to pay for an acct rather than like in the USA where they pay you interest on a min monthly balance. App sucks with help options that are 5 YT vids (that the links don't even work). Chilean banks SUCK

This thing will make you waste time trying to take a photo of your ID card, as it never ever identifies it when trying to validate your identity. I have been trying for two weeks with no results.
