Every employee at Scoot around that we had the pleasure of working with treated us like family. From the first phone call to the pickup, everyone was dedicated to making sure we were satisfied and happy with their service.

This idea was amazing! The company made my cruise a lot more enjoyable. They were waiting on me at the terminal. I got my scooter and headed to the ship.

Very reliable customer service and easy to get a rental at the port of Galveston if you didn't rent ahead of time

App doesn't function. The app opens and request my email address, but does nothing after address is entered.
★☆☆☆☆Leanne Beasley· Mar 12, 2025
Opened app and put in my email address and it did nothing. Not working at all!!

It is very difficult to get to the end. And the number to call to rent the scooter goes to the medical center. So you can't rent a scooter because they are selling other products.
★☆☆☆☆Christine Reilly· Aug 23, 2025
I can't get into the app. It asks for my email and then nothing happens. My cruise is in 8 days, and I can't go if I don't game a scooter. .
