New user here. So far this works great. Nice UI. Like integration with NEST. I came from iSmartAlarm which was horrible. Scout is a breath of fresh air in comparison.

Works great I had a few issues early on, but support was great and there haven't been any issues for months. It's dully integrated with IFTTT, Nest, Hue, and Echo. Totally rocks.

Updated app lost control to alarm The app updated last night. It auto armed the alarm, when the alarm triggered this morning I could not turn it off or control it. Turned my security system into junk. It also claimed there was smoke in my house at 12am. Yet nest doesn't show it. Fails all around by scout. Took me weeks to get my product, mins to install, hopefully the return process is easy. This company really can't keep it together.

Was great before the most recent update New update has made this app almost unusable. Takes more than 3 minutes to arm my alarm, and the lock button icons show the alarm as 75% armed. This causes the app to be non-responsive and pressing the lock buttons does nothing when it's hung up. I usually have to check online to see if it actually armed or not because I don't trust the app.
