which NAS. Also had option for cloud backup. One thing missing is to select
certain folders which you would like backed up as well. Pretty intuitive as

DONT BOTHER, ITS USELESS Im pretty tech savvy with straightforward instructions and Im telling you: Dont bother buying a Seagate drive. It used to be Seagates were plug in and backup in nearly one step. No longer. You have to go through all these steps and still doesnt work for your computer backup. And you have to set up your computer and connect to the Seagate drive, be actively using Seagate Dashboard to get any backing up AND before you can use this terrible phone app to back up your phone to the drive. The app never recognizes your computer on the wifi network and good luck getting tech support that actually solves your problem. All the suggestions on the website FAIL. At least if backing up my computer was seamless I wouldnt be irate. But computer backup keeps failing partway through and not copying folders specified in my backupplan or copying same folder repeatedly. I wasted my money and Im uninstalling this useless app and bummed I cant return the drive. I will spend my money on a cloud service instead. I have been a Seagate consumer for a decade. Never again.

Just updated and thought they may have fixed the issues of mobile back up and in a way they have, it now says they've stop supporting mobile back up!! The one reason i bought this piece of time wasting junk. Last review: Set to back up continuously, but won't start until i set a time. Then continuously stops backing up, so i re set the time and it starts backing up the same photos. Tried logging on to http//:goo.gl/SeFhmy but end up back here. Also am i backing up to my computer (backupPlus desktop) or the seagate drive? If the back up is to my computer the what's the point?
