Absolute waste of time. Avoid this app. I booked a service, but the vendor never even bothered to show up. To make matters worse, the app's status was falsely updated to "Vendor Assigned". The customer support, didn't even bother to verify whether the vendor had actually visited my location or provided the service. They just blindly relied on their broken system status. Completely unprofessional, zero accountability, and a total lack of ground-level verification. Uninstalling immediately.

Too expensive. Unprofessional. Incomplete work. Wastage of money. I opt for a plumber service to remove drainage blockage. They charged Rs 500 to add caustic soda to the already open pipe. Blockage is not clear. How they charge for incomplete work. Really frustrating.

The company has no control over their Technician. Apart from service charge Technician asks for visiting charges Rs 250 he took from me for which there is no receipt given by company. This is highly unethical practice. So it's better we try some other company services.
