This insurance was offered to me by Samsung while purchasing S22 last year at a very nominal amount. I used it this month because my phone's back glass was slightly damaged. The process took 5 days (could have been 4 days if I hadn't ignored servify's messages) which includes phone pickup from doorstep to delivery. The phone was returned in completely new condition. I would give more than 5 stars for the service.

BIG FRAUD - SERVIFY This people will give you insurance policy and when the time comes to claim, they will even accept your claim but will not book for repair, they will simply ask you to coordinate with some other Insurance agency DIGIT. Then why the hell SERVIFY has given options to claim and book repair ??? SUCH A USELESS COMPANY. I am giving complaint to Consumer Court. No customer care email or phone Will assist you...

Pathetic experience! Once you raise a claim request and the device is picked up, there's absolutely no update from their end. Their customer service team is horrible who also have no idea or tracking. They took 2 weeks to get my phone "repaired" only to find that it failed to start up after I got the delivery. Further follow-ups with Servify were painful. Eventually they asked me to visit Samsung Service center (yet to get any further information). Avoid taking Servify for additional warranty.

The app ui is basic. U can only see few updates about ur requests. Their service is very bad. For TV as I know, yet waiting to be attended even after 5 days. They claim to be served in 72 hrs. Their escalation takes 48 hrs. Pls check reviews before buying their service. The only Good thing is their customer care. But they need to have local technicians and service center.
