Acer Service Center MG Road, Raipur. I visited the service center to get my laptop battery checked. I was told that my warranty had expired. This was surprising because I had already purchased an extended warranty for my laptop. The service center staff then informed me that the battery warranty is valid for only one year. I find this unacceptable. I have to pay 9000 for battery replacement and 856 for maintaining warranty.

Very bad service, no customer care number (not working), no service center phone number (Vijayawada), WhatsApp number no use.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
