My 1st time using the app I have mix reactions. My service appointment for AC cleaning was rescheduled the next day. Customer support call me and arranged the new appointment. Two technicians came on the appointment date. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The technician take care to clean up any mess created from the cleaning and provide the best customer service I ever had for AC cleaning ever!!. FYI they are direct from service hero team not vendors. So far I am happy and Satisfied.

Complaint to the CS (HQ), the installer brought up 6 guys; they installed my 2.0hp aircond, and it seems the aircond is working fine. But, upon checking their finishing works, it's worse; they didn't even change to a new copper and didn't replace the insulation pipe at all! The installer also broke my roof until it was leaking inside the room when it's raining. The installer also broke my manhole ceiling when they did the wiring. The installer also throws the remaining insulation inside gutter

Already make appointment for normal cleaning. Once everything confirmed. The Hero request me to cancel appointment. The reason is he cannot do the normal cleaning service for my unit. Previous tenant move out, i m just need normal cleaning for the house. Will not use this service anymore, although the admin is friendly to help me arrange appointment with hero.

I changed my review because my aircond wasn't functioning 1 day after service. This is the worst aircond service provider ever, not only avoid taking responsibility, but say I may need to pay for damages the hero made to my aircond. ServisHero took so long to send another representative to fix it, until now also not fixed it's been almost a month. Representatives keep delaying/ making last minute changes for visiting fix. Will never use ServisHero again, better go for Kaodim or Drain.
