Servizing Residents Revamp

Servizing Revamp is a next-generation Community & Premise Management Platform (SaaS) designed to help gated communities, residential complexes, and commercial premises operate seamlessly and securely.

The app enables residents, admins, and facility managers to stay connected, informed, and in control of all essential activities in their community.

Core Features:
🚪 Visitor Management (Time-Sensitive Full-Screen Calls)

- Approve or reject unexpected visitors directly from your phone.

- Receive real-time, call-style full-screen notifications from the entrance gate when a visitor arrives.

- Instantly act on pre-invited guest arrivals to avoid delays.
👉 Full-screen notifications are essential here since visitor approvals must be handled within seconds to ensure security and avoid gate congestion.

📦 Delivery Handling

- Manage delivery approvals with full-screen call-style alerts when couriers arrive.

- Direct deliveries to your doorstep, gate, or lobby in real time.
👉 Time-sensitive approval prevents misrouted packages and improves resident convenience.

🛠 Handyman & Service Requests

- Book electricians, plumbers, and other services.

- Track service status directly in the app.

📢 Communication Center

- Receive instant announcements from community administrators.

- Stay informed about community events, alerts, and policy updates.

🚗 Smart Vehicle Entry/Exit Notifications

- Automatic, critical alerts when registered vehicles enter or exit the gate.

- Enhances safety and accountability for all residents.

⚡ Why Full-Screen Notifications (USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT)?

Servizing Revamp is not a standard messaging or social app. Its core security functionality depends on time-sensitive, call-style alerts:

- Visitor approvals require immediate resident action.

- Delivery handling and gate calls are time-critical to avoid delays.

- Vehicle entry/exit alerts ensure safety and security.

- Without full-screen notifications, these urgent calls may be missed due to battery optimization or OS restrictions, directly compromising the security and functionality of the community.

🌐 SaaS-Driven, Admin-Controlled

- Communities are managed via an admin dashboard on www.servizing.com

- Admins can add residents, configure services, and broadcast community-wide alerts.

- Residents can self-register and join their approved communities.

✅ Servizing Revamp is purpose-built to handle time-sensitive community workflows where missing a notification is not an option.

⚠️ Important Note for Google Play Review Team:
This app’s core feature set (Visitor Management, Delivery Approvals, and Gate Alerts) requires USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT permission because:

- Resident approval/rejection must be acted on within seconds.

- Missed notifications directly compromise safety, security, and community operations.

These use cases are equivalent to call/alert apps in terms of urgency and are not replaceable by standard push notifications.
