I like the new edition of application. However, experiencing one issue which really annoys me. Every time I open the application or maximize it from background, a pop-up to enable full screen notification shows up. I have enabled the full screen notification multiple times, and it does show full screen visitor notification. But the pop-up permission wizard keeps appearing. Using Redmi Note 125G phone

Poor service. They have updated the application and now OTP is only available on WhatsApp how can others use this application if, they are not using WhatsApp. OTP should be available via text message.

Not good app. I am owner of 2 flats. But I can use only 1 flat as an owner in the app. Needs a lot of improvement. No option for paying maintenance fees in app. No response from app when we ask or suggest any improvement. OVER ALL IT IS USELESS.

Haven't seen a more poorly designed app. Please look at the my gate app and just copy them. A simple entry approval takes more than 4 clicks. Menus are hidden or difficult to find. Also I have been locked out of the app saying "I am not residing at the unit" and no way to revert this, even the "settings" are out of bounds cuz the app thinks I am not residing. Have notified their support but have not received any response

Worst app and useless developer, my security team is completely frustrated with this app. Even I approved visitor request in front of security they didn't get approval. Facing this issue since long and raise the ticket but no action.
