Servizing provides Societies with custom solutions, for example, we helped one of our clients to automate the process of bill generation for Prepaid Meters. From the meter reading, data is processed and PDF bill is generated with invoice and sent to the Residents.

Whenever we give permission to a visitor on the servicing society app, a popup appears on the phone indicating "OK". Unless and until we touch that popup again, the popup remains there and phone does not go to sleep mode and remains on all the time. It would be better if the popup automatically disappears after some time, may be after 10 to 15 seconds even if we don't touch it.

This app is not upto the mark other competition app like my gate is better. This doesn't work properly, for e.g. the visitor section on the app remains empty, and I can't see the records of the visitors, visitor entry notification doesn't come sometimes. The ui/ux is also not upto the mark.

One of the worst app I have ever seen. The interface is so poor. Most of the options does not work. Would never recommend other societies to use this app
