Love the app. Makes balancing and transferring funds easy and securely. The only issue I've experienced with this app is with the mobile deposits. Taking the picture of the front of the check is easy however taking a pic of the back call be very, very difficult and frustrating. The back picture has become horrible to take. It got better for quite a while and then the app was updated and back to being horrible. 5/17/24: Continues to be horrible trying to take a Pic of the back side of the check.

This is ridiculous! It shouldn't take 3 days to fix your app!! Such an inconvenience not to be able to check you information!! They really need to do something for the inconvenience besides them saying sorry and not meaning it!!!!! What type of low class bank is this??? Always problems

I do not like your new app. It is difficult to see what I need to see. Bills pay is especially difficult because I can't see all the bills at once. I need to go to different locations for the information about a particular bill that I need. 😕

You rearranged the order of my accounts after 15 years of the same order, so at a glance I thought my checking account had enough money to cover a bill I paid. So not only did I get a fee from the company I paid, but you charged me a $30 fee too. Stop touching things that aren't yours to touch and charging people to move money from one account to another, when it literally costs you nothing to do so.
