Very disappointing that the MasterCard function is not working. It's very inconvenient not being able to check my balance and transaction history without finding a computer to sit down at. Otherwise, the app works as expected. Would give a 5* review if I could get to my MasterCard!

App is good now, limited functions, but it does all the things a person needs for online banking. Quite reliable since rework too. "Very unstable login. Only works 25% of the time. A fun bonus is that it locks your internet banking if it crashes on login a few times in a row. Though you can still use the app to internet bank if it's locked for some reason, that seems like a security issue to me." That was pre-rework. Changes have been leaps and bounds forward

Worst service ever in 42 years. And I worked in banks and credit unions for many years. My acct was locked out for a suspicious online buy on New Year's Eve and not fixed until JAN 22 2025, now I can not sign in with new client ID and new password. It says to go to Google play if I have trouble - doesn't help. Now waiting on help line for over 16 min, now on hold again. How ignorant can Servus Credit Union be. ???? Staff at Beverly branch never returned 4 emails from help center and 5 ph messages

Just keeps getting worse and worse since the merger. Sorry you can't sign in became our app is BS. Sorry you can't even try and login because we can't satisfy your request right now. Awesome that the bank who holds our money tries to have options such as you can't help us right now. It's the endpoint for me with this place. Used to be SO GOOD. Now it's so Awful.
