Not able to track. Customer service won't respond this app is useless. Way too many ads. This is a USELESS app it will not work as intended

This app is not helping me with anything it says my watch is offline and the watch says there is no Sim card, yet it can make calls and receive them So if there is anything that you recommend please reply to this message I also cannot save contacts into it.

Ads in the watch tracker app, are you kidding me? Funniest thing ever - it doesn't even work and the watch is constantly offline. The same watch in the same app on the other phone is online, what a wonderful (not) app.

Really unpleasant app. Full of ads. Map location rarely accurate. Communication with watch only seems to work if you open app first and keep open in the background, otherwise you won't get any notifications.

This app does not allow individual photos for each contact. Which is needed for children who can not read and need to know who they are calling. The phone is only allowed to video call just one contact. Which I think video calling should be allowed for every contact in the address book. Those are two of my major concerns that should be updated!!
