I think that they should permit you to upload pictures, when you put in family contacts/phone numbers. Little kids who can't read yet need pictures to see who they are calling or who is calling them. Also the application designers need to add the ability for 12 hour clock with am and pm not just military time, 24 hour. Other than that this app and the matching watches are awesome once you get them set up. The set up process is a pain. Instructions for app, could be more clear.

I've been trying for a few days to get this app to work with the phone that I purchased. I should have known something was up when it came all the way from China. At this time, I have reached out to the dealer to try and resolve the resolution, but I'm not having much luck. It continually says my device is offline and I cannot get it to access to be able to provide the piece of mine to myself and my family that my child truly needs.

The location algorithm is terrible if they would allow you to send Google account details to the watch and track through Google this would be easier
