This app is a good place to start training and develop skills because it has training programs that cater to people in all levels when it comes to shadowboxing. Also, it is a complete package of the videos, audios, and digital tools you would need for the training!

Apps crash I've tried downloading several different apps, but they all crash immediately after opening. Just get an error message that Fitivity had stopped working. Complete waste of time.
