Applaud the team for improvements to app. But why the upgrade to latest version prompter appears even when we already have the latest? Also, cancellation of a booking should be more obvious. People waste their rides while others who need one for that morning can't get a seat. Also, suggest to male. Larger posters to show the bus number as well as the share transport wordings. It is hard to spot the bus from afar. Overall, it is a very useful app to save us money and smoothen our rides.

Horrible transport arrangement. Bus arrival is not fixed as what they are stating. Sometimes It's too early sometimes too late. I've experienced both. If I have another alternatives for a cheaper transport I will take the others.

Bus ride is expensive even for short distance and timing was so bad. The bus driver just left at their convenience without any buffer. E g. Even if u arrive sharp on the same min

I have a hard time to get shortlisted for the service as every time there is insufficient for my route. Finally, I was shortlisted to choose my available dates for the service and sady received a notification later mentioned that the route will not be commencing and an email will be sending to me, however I did not receive any email at all. It is a really bad experience for me, and I will seek for a whole refund and uninstall this app.
