Order status not updated. I purchased one product two months ago using this app, and it was delivered, but the order status in the app still hasn’t been updated. Very poor maintenance.

I bought a shell 20w40 engine oil for my bike. A got a scratch card with the bottle. Then downloaded the app and updated my profile but while scanning the product it fails every time. Do I get the genuine product or fake product? Why shell is making such disgusting campaign to harass customers. I'll never buy any shell products anymore... I boycott it.
