Shiftrio: Shift Scheduling

Shiftrio is a shift scheduling and team management app for restaurants, cafés, hotels and shops. You build the week and publish it in one tap; everyone sees their own shifts on their phone and gets a notification when something changes.

FOR MANAGERS
• Weekly schedule: plan shifts by department, such as floor, kitchen or bar, keep them as drafts, and publish when you're ready.
• Auto-fill places shifts around time off, availability and weekly hour limits.
• Copy last week; undo a deleted shift.
• Requests: time off, swaps and overtime in one list. Approve, or reject with a reason.
• The home page shows what is waiting for you and who is working today.
• Tips: enter the total and split it equally or by hours worked.
• Statistics: shift and hour summaries, exportable as CSV.
• Multiple branches and branch managers.

FOR EMPLOYEES
• The next shift, time left, this week's hours and, if a pay rate is set, estimated pay on the home page.
• Send time off, swap and overtime requests, and see the outcome under "My requests".
• Share your availability.
• A home screen widget.

EASY TO SET UP
• Add your team with an invite link or QR code.
• Turkish and English, light and dark mode.

PRICING
Free for up to 10 employees. Every plan has every feature; plans differ only by team size.
