I've really enjoyed my coaching sessions with Shimmer. My friends and family have noticed I've been managing my ADHD a lot better since starting with coach Tracy. The AI session summary is great to keep track of what was discussed in each session, so you have a journal of sorts of things you are working towards.

Signed up about a month ago. My coach adapted to my style and what I needed from her, which is really special because I am a rebel. I like to do things my way and change plans often. The 15 minutes a week are up to the point and very useful. My coach also meaningfully checks in every few days with nudges and encouragements. The body doubling sessions are interesting, but I need to fit them in my schedule... A task for another day. Very happy with the service Shimmer offers.

Thieves. Attempted to steal my money without providing anything dropping the ball with the professionals missing THEIR appointments. After requesting money back, they ignored me and tried to keep a portion of my money. Attempted to resume and was ignored. Want to get screwed? Shimmer! Tried to fool with the wrong one... Lookout for many more reviews on the way as promised to expose your trap/scam/lies. And mostly to show you especially show you my displeasure with trying To resume and dog ignored

App takes forever to load. Well, it takes a full 20 seconds each time, which isn't terrible usable when you're trying to respond to a message or log something. Google Pixel 5. Then within the app, things get extremely hung up at times. See also "Please wait 5 to 10 seconds" searching on for eternity.
