Please update the app immediately, some of the devices are not compatible. It couldn't register or tapping the phone number authentication.

I just moved back to korean and accidentally restarted my phone. Without an ARC I couldn't even open my account or log back into my SOL Global app. I had months of saving that was transferred into my shinhan account. This is extremely disappointing.

This app thinks my phone (Pixel 3a) is rooted. It's not, and even when I reinstall it, it doesn't work.

App doesn't work after the November 2023 update. The Korean SOL works fine, but the Global app for foreigners doesn't work.
