Comments on Shiny Shell Car Wash for Android

★★★★★ pablo Figueredo · May 15, 2026

It washes the car really good and when you get the touchless wash it works really well, and it doesn't scratch the car's paint

★★★★★ Brooklyn T · Dec 7, 2020

Everything is Excellent! The location I use is fast, high quality, and downright fun! App is easy to use and prices are reasonable. Nice wash, great cleaners, fragrance spray, towels, playground(!?), and two types of vacuums. I mean, they have everything!

★★★★☆ Toni Moore · Jul 19, 2026

I like having the monthly pass, as it saves me money especially during the winter and rainy days. I'm glad they started watching how close the cars are going in because I almost hit some cars who didn't realize the wash was over and didn't get out of the way. I do wish the buffer would work all the time, especially since the wash I pay for has it listed as a part of the wash. I think it is well worth the price I pay monthly.

I have an account and when I send my phone number over to get the code when I go back to enter the code I have to start over and can never get past entering my phone number.

★★☆☆☆ Randy Porter · Dec 17, 2025

App freezes and has a perpetual loading screen when trying to manage vehicles.

★☆☆☆☆ Zachary Rolan · Mar 25, 2025

Only offers 3 states for account management and cannot cancel membership online. Very scummy.

★☆☆☆☆ Johnathan Reiner · Aug 17, 2026

Great car wash, awful app. I love shiny shell, and it's super convenient to cruise through the members only line with a subscription, but the app is basically useless. I don't have enough characters to describe all the issues, but editing vehicles doesn't work from Android, the list of makes / models are incomplete, impossible to find subscription cost with multiple vehicles, wash history is totally inconsistent, etc. Lots of bugs to fix.
