Sab process KTM kr diya apni taraf se but profile abhi tak active nhi ki shipmozo ke team ne aj 3 din ho gye, mene phele din PCHA tha agent se jisne call kiya tha account details fill krne bo boli minimum 1000 ka balance hona chaise balance bhi add kiya but phir bhi nhi hua 2 din wait ke bad mere parcel mujhe Duse courier se bhejne pde 1000 rupe or isme faltu ka Sakha reh gya

The worst courier partner app seen till date. Nothing works here without raising a ticket. 1)Pickup raise - no pickup without ticket raised 2)Parcel picked up - no delivery for 10 days till ticket raised 3)No reply on RTO orders till tickets raised 4)Assigned manager does not even respond. 5) The worst part, even after raising all these tickets, still the issues are not getting resolved, and they close the tickets randomly. Super disappointed. I'm a small scale business owner and worst exp.
