When I shop at Publix for produce and certain meats the scanner will not work. This delays my orders because it takes so much time. I have figured out if sometimes I press the back button it will allow me to input things manually, but I have to keep trying. It gets frustrating aside from that I like the app. Very easy going.

They don't give you full tip sometimes, and you get penalized when you pick up a run when it's already late and have 0 minutes to shop then expect you to take a run 30 miles away for $6 that's not even gas smh UPDATE* I Got my tip money now I give one more star because they solved it pretty fast

Veteran shopper here with 3k plus orders; still working Shipt because I need to pay the bills, but people who work in support are absolute trash and do nothing to help. You are completely on your own if any issues arise during delivery.

Because they deactivated my ACCOUNT because of the bad ratings that the customers gave me and didn't drop my low ratings like they are supposed to !!!!

Do not drive for Shipt. First I was delayed 2 hours today not my fault but by the facility, so I said okay second I've had about numerous address issues where it's unclear, and they're just a horrible company to drive for. Customer service sucks also. My stats are screwed up now because of Shipt delaying my massive 49 item delivery by 2 hours, and they penalize you even if it's their fault, and it is because I was delayed 2 hours, so I didn't get started until 2:00 to deliver 49 packages.
