शिवम् आरोग्यम् (Shivam Arogyam) is the staff fitness app of Shivkrupa Sahakari Patpedhi Ltd., Mumbai.
It turns your phone into a simple activity tracker. It counts your steps through the day, records your walks and runs on a map, and shows how you are doing against your daily goals — with a branch leaderboard so the whole organisation can take part together.
IMPORTANT — STAFF ONLY
This app is for employees of Shivkrupa Sahakari Patpedhi Ltd. only. Accounts are created by the HR department and there is no public sign-up. You will need your staff code and password to log in.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Daily activity — steps, distance, calories and active minutes, updated through the day • Record a workout — start a walk, run or cycle and watch your route drawn on a map, with live distance, pace and speed • History — 7-day and 30-day charts with a day-by-day breakdown • Goals — set your own step, calorie and active-minute targets, with a reminder when you are close • Leaderboard — see how your branch compares with the others • Personal records — your best day, longest walk and fastest run
NOTHING ELSE TO INSTALL
Steps come from your phone's own built-in step counter. No companion app, no other account to connect, and no fitness band required. It keeps counting even while the app is closed.
WORKS OFFLINE
Your activity is saved on your phone and uploaded once you are back online, so a weak signal never loses a walk.
PERMISSIONS AND WHY THEY ARE NEEDED
• Physical activity — to read your phone's step counter. Steps cannot be counted without it. • Location — to measure the distance of a workout and draw its route. Used only while a workout is actually running. • Notifications — for daily goal reminders. Optional. • Background running — so a walk keeps recording when the screen is off. Optional.
The app does not use your camera, microphone, contacts, messages or files.
YOUR PRIVACY
Your fitness data is stored on the organisation's own server and is never sold or shared with any third party. There are no advertisements and no analytics services in this app. Your activity is visible to you and to authorised HR staff, and is used only for the organisation's health programme — never to assess your work performance.
