I took the first ride, it has the best service during the journey and the drivers are also very good, and the car has every facility that a customer needs like water, newspaper, tissue paper, and it is very comfortable, there is a good space for luggage as well, I had a good experience during the journey, I will suggest, from today onwards I will use the shoffr only

Late pickup and bad customer service. The driver arrived an hour late. Usually all cab service providers arrive at least 30 mins prior to the pickup time, I won't blame the driver as he was reassigned very late. I had an international flight and I reached just at the final moment, thanks to the driver's last minute driving skills, or we would have missed our flight. Even after complaining to the customer support, no action and no solution provided. WhatsApp's support is waste.

Pre-booked a cab to the airport and I get a call 45 minutes prior to the pickup that due to technical issues they have to cancel the booking. Pathetic.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
