Easy procedure and fast response on return/refund with prove of damage or items unfit. But I notice almost all deliveryman ignore shipper's remarks not to placed parcel at doorstep even though deliver at daytime and owner's door is open. They will put it at doorstep, take picture as POD and leave. As such, I think even though with photo of POD, buyer should still reserve the right to claim in full amount due to parcel not hand over to owner. Hope Shopee could improve on logistics handling.

App has no mean to disable "Live & Video". Videos make hell lot of sudden loud noise when accidentally tapped in a quiet environment. Not conducive for "covert shopping", to the extent that it discourages shopping on Shopee! Developers needs to think about the implications - it's bad for Shopee's business.

Shopee Tree game no search bar to purchase my product, earning water.💦 👉 Unusual behavior, Shopee slow...🐌 down purchase. No Cashback Voucher, cannot buy. Always same problems happened during sales.🇸🇬👎 Cashback voucher very hard to get. Shopee free shipping vouchers faked very difficult apply. Agent not helpful.☹️👎

July 2026. Shopee Live Icon disappeared. Hence, no full access to view a full list of streamers to shop on live stream. The only access you can visit is the Discovery Page where it is managed by an algorithm that does not show most of the popular streamers. For Live Streamers:- if you are getting low viewership or sales then this is what happens. Shopee does not help buyers. We have to fight for vouchers which are always fully redeemed. Stores raises prices by more than 50%. Domino effect.

Very bad experience. Received defective product, and they expect buyer to upload evidence which in a manner that is very difficult to proof. Fact is product is not working. You make buyer suffer and protect seller. No more shoppee, delete and bye. No, thanks.
