I'm not sure what happened recently, but the app is absolutely terrible now! I've bought 40+ watches and some jewelry over the past 2 years and never had any issues, but now the app is barely functional. Searches just continue to load forever, on the off chance it actually gives results, sort and filter options that used to exist are gone now. SHOP HQ......PLEASE GO BACK TO HOW THINGS USED TO BE OR CORRECT ALL THESE HORRIBLE CHANGES 😞

App is terrible right now, you can't search for specific items like you could before. It keeps coming back saying "Can't find Invicta" and I know they have a lot of Invicta!!

Horrible!!!! I have to log in to my account every time to check my order status while I'm already logged in, using the filter/sort process is a joke as you can't customize for exactly what you're looking for. This app is so not user-friendly and it could be so much better. It's just easier to go on the internet and search that way.
