We just used this app for the last 6 days in Bermuda. It worked great! (Be aware that your phone will need to be turned off Airplane Mode in order to use it. So if you're using an International Calling Plan, you are all set). Each time you get on a bus or ferry, you just open the app, hit your Ticket, and it activates. ** And the bus drivers were super helpful to make sure you know which stop to get off the bus. Just let them know where you want to go.

I am trying to get my head around this new system. When it is fully functional it looks like a useful tool, but I am currently finding it difficult to use. For example, as a visitor can I buy two monthly passes, one for me and one for my partner and store and use them on a single phone? Tried calling but couldn't be contacted with anyone... switchboard lady very understanding

We used this app every day for a week as tourists in Bermuda. The UX is highly confusing, you click on one route but then the pop-up shows some irrelevant route first, and you have to scroll down to see the actual route. Often the bus doesn't come. Bus positions are shown on the map only about 10% of buses. They disappear randomly when a route is "finished". The locals don't seem to use the app at all, they just wait and hope. The buses themselves are great, clean, friendly drivers, quick.
