The app requires data access to function. Tokens serve as tickets and can be used for multiple riders on a single device. The same applies to passes, though they can sometimes be tricky to validate. Technically no luggage is allowed on the bus, but we were ok with our 19" carry-on.

App don't work can't add a payment method to buy passes and doesn't really have a use otherwise.

The drivers are awesome. They are very patient and helpful. If one is visiting, it's not very useful. It takes too long between buses if one needs to get anywhere. If visiting Bermuda, rent a scooter or e vehicle.

You will need a phone connected to the Internet to get this to work. Also takes ages to switch profiles, if you and a partner wish to share phone/app. I'd recommend you just buy an old-fashioned paper bus pass.
