Great app - opening of a/c & placing FD was a breeze. The Sing Pass QR code did not work; tried using the Password Login and it works! Hoping to see more rates promo!

Should have more collaboration with Singapore Government like Singapore Savings Bonds and Unit Trust or RoboInvest to help grow the wealth exponentially instead of a fixed deposit account. Should offer endowment plans and a varied form of investment fund. Need higher level of security like biometric authentication using iris and fingerprint and to have a chatbot customer service to answer common queries. Thanks.

Good app. Couldn't manage to register with Sing pass QR code as it keeps going to a page which is unreachable. Login with password worked and was able to configure and view my accounts within 5 mins. Well done. This is much more convenient 👍

Forces me to disable developer options and my password manager to use app. Will be withdrawing all my investments from song finance shortly.

Tried to sign up, clicked on retrieve my info, clicked on sing pass, sends me to an error page net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME. Seriously??? I can't even sign up for the app... how am I supposed to use this lol. Browsing past reviews I see this problem has been ongoing since last year

The recent update does not allow the keyboard that are preinstalled with my MIUI. Always exits with a 'Policy violation: Untrusted keyboard found' message, although I use thumbprint. Force me to install Google keyboard, which sucks and not necessarily safer. What a stupid decision that disallow other keyboard trusted by user himself and check every login. Moving my fund out!

The rates are amazing, wish the app worked properly, so I could benefit from them! Doesn't even bring up sing pass properly during login, I don't care about how the UI looks, but the app should at least work as intended....
