★★☆☆☆ I like having a discount, sure. The two major problems are thus: - There's no easy way to tell the app I'm not in my truck. I have to open the app a few minutes after every trip or at the end of every workday (I drive a company van not on my Farmers policy) and manually tell it that I was not the driver or this was not my truck for every single trip. There needs to be a toggle on the main screen. - It seems to think that almost anything more sudden than coasting to a stop is a "hard break".

★★☆☆☆ Signal is a waste of your client's time and definitely not user-friendly. This process has taken 2 weeks to install. Other insurers who need to monitor their client's driving habits simply supply the driver with a device that plugs into the dashboard. I don't have a degree in computer science nor would I want one. I average a moving violation about once every 20 years. If I can make the effort to be a safe driver I believe Farmers should make an effort to not make this process so needlessly complex

★★☆☆☆ This site sucks... It doesn't record my trips unless I uninstall and reinstall before each trip. This app is not good it has me going places I don't go half the time it doesn't record my trips. I have everything turned on I'm supposed to have turned on and everything turned off that's supposed to be turned off. The stupid app still won't work. Be nice if you would fix it. This is an edit. I've noticed that it stops working. It just quits on its own. So I'm still having to uninstall and reinstall
