I appreciate the ability to see my driving habits, and the rate discount it gives for driving is quite significant. However, it loses a lot of my trips or starts counting them as walks because I drive to and from school a short distance (~5 minutes to drive) almost every day. And on top of that, it will break that tiny trip up into 2 or 3 pieces constantly. I also don't like how it counts hard breaks almost permanently against your total.

Update on impressions of this app have not improved. The 3 stars I originally gave it was far too generous. This app tracks you at all times, and I often get flagged for use of my phone when I am parked in my garage or even better, sitting in my house. It can't seem to figure out when you are or are not driving let alone when you are even in the car. Talking with the support all they tell you are the only thing you can do is manually go into every drive and mark it as not a car.

It shows I'm on my phone when I'm not. My passenger used the phone, or I just moved my purse when the phone was in it. Stupid app.

This app is awful. It doesn't track trips properly, claims you were distracted driving when the phone was on the passenger seat, doesn't open properly, crashes frequently, and the list goes on. I have reached out to Farmers customer service, and they just keep telling me uninstall it and reinstall it. How many times does one person need to uninstall and reinstall an app before it starts working? The only reason I'm giving it two stars is that I get a discount on my car insurance by having it.

Uses up all my battery, so I turn it off when not driving. Apparently I get dinged for that. Also, it doesn't let a passenger with Signal use the phone to use map apps or report road hazards etc. Reports that the driver is using the phone. Fined again! But it makes you more aware of speed limits! But so does Waze.
