This app started on a good side, but now they are not reliable, I sent money for the past 3 days now the money is yet to be received I sent another one today also since 3am uk time, not yet received, trying to contact the help support both by email and WhatsApp, no any positive results. Hope is not what am I thinking? Or they want to use style scamming people? I have lost faith in the app. After timeless effort the issue has been resolved, but the customer service team need to be effective,

Transactions are not sent instantly, and when you contact the support they tell you sometimes there are glitches in the processing system and repeat themselves on how the money will be sent same day, but so far the money has still not been sent and there is no way to cancel a transaction, avoid this these people they are absolutely useless, and the transfers are not made instantly as stated. I would give zero stars if I could

I sent 100 pounds and from your end you sent me a confirmation that my bank has been credited, and I got a mail from my bank that there is no inflow. A transaction taking 3 good days. You guys don't also pick calls, why on earth will there be a customer service number, and it rings, and you don't pick??? Only responding via WhatsApp chat
