★★★★★ Does exactly what it says on the tin. Everything simple..... simple to register, simple to order, quick delivery. A good service to make life easier

★★★★★ Great app that is easy to navigate. Was pleasantly surprised how quickly my prescription arrived, and the customer service team were very polite and easy to contact.

★★☆☆☆ Failed to deliver my medication phoned the contact center she hung up on me after I said she did not sound surprised and shocked about it and then spent over 6 hours truing to get back in contact with them, they ignore emails they are unprofessional unsafe and seem to not care or understand the risks they put people at

★★☆☆☆ Slow and not very diligent. Whilst I did get a courtesy call from them explaining that they were unable to contact my doctors' surgery, it's clear to me that they didn't bother to wait in the call queue long enough to be answered. I tested the call queue myself and was able to talk to the receptionist within ten minutes, so I can only assume this must be laziness on behalf of Simple. When I called customer services, I ended up speaking to someone who sounded like Rab C. Nesbitt and couldn't understand a word. Told them 'thanks, I'll just someone else'. I was unable to get them to communicate with my doctor's surgery, so this service is completely useless to me. Odd, because my surgery tell me they've managed to use other services just fine. If they could just debug the human element of this app, it might be decent. Oh well.

★★☆☆☆ I can't in good conscience recommend this app. At first, it was fine, orders were dispatched promptly with no issues. But recently there has been items missing from my prescriptions which mean I have to chase up to try and receive them. I tried using this app to make things easier for me when ordering prescriptions but if anything it's made it harder.

★★☆☆☆ I request my prescription on 3rd Feb, arrived today 20th after a prompt. Saves me going to the pharmacy but if I didn't chase my meds then who knows..... gave 2 stars as sometimes they are spot on and sometimes they aren't.
