I am always happy with well pharmacy as when I always put my order in I always get a response to weather my GP has approved my order and send it over to well pharmacy and once they have sorted it and started preparing my order I always get notification or email letting me know that they have got everything, and I can even go and collect my medication or wait for my medication to be delivered until I run out, and I have to have a chat with someone on well pharmacy to get a code, so I can go pick it up

Very disappointed. My GP sent my prescription. I had an email to say they only sent me 3 item in one dispatch one in another, which I am still waiting for. My other ones they gave me a token number to go to another pharmacy to get my other medication. The whole idea was to for all my medication to be delivered. It has taken longer going through this app My next repeat I am telling my GP not to send it to Well but my usual pharmacy I always used.

Just keeps sending the wrong medication, without ever taking responsibility for it when contacted. Spare yourself running out and pick another online pharmacy.

Avoid at all cost. You will not get your medicine. I'm a carer and order several different pills all at the same time. The GP approves the order very quick, but it then takes several day for them to post only half the order and when you go to check on the other half it just says awaiting dispatch, and you can't contact any living person on an AI bot. Now we're out of pills and will have to try and contact the GP to reissue the prescription
