Comments on Simple Thermostat for Android

★★★★★ Issues setting up the thermostat.app.and connection with Alexa.BUT tech. Support came through big time and walked me through step by step as well as made adjustments on their end. The thermostat itself is great. Exactly what we need and voice comma da via Alexa make it amazing. Tha k you Simple.

★★★★★ Love being able to set away on my thermostat when I'm already out of the house!

★★★★★ Difficult to install a replacement thermostat!! If you have to replace a defective thermostat with a new one, UNINSTALL THIS APP!! Then when you re-install the app it will work. Otherwise, it will not.

★★☆☆☆ Not sure if this app is good or bad because it won't load or loads with errors whether on my android phone or iPad!

★★☆☆☆ Make sure when you buy a place that has already installed, the first thing you do is call NV energy to reset the whole thing. I have to wait over a month for someone to come reset it. Legit, thermostats should not be this difficult. At this point, I'll just buy one from Home Depot.

★★☆☆☆ I just got a message on my phone from my notifications that said"Simple payment made through PayPal for $197.00" that is absurd!!!! This is scammy coming from Simple thermostat!! I didn't authorize a payment from them.... and I don't know why this is coming out of my PayPal from my bank account for stimulus his service, this should be a free service because I own the thermostat! There never was instructions that I have to pay $197.00 to run my thermostat from the app!!!!! MONEY BACK NOW!!!!!!
