Difficult to install a replacement thermostat!! If you have to replace a defective thermostat with a new one, UNINSTALL THIS APP!! Then when you re-install the app it will work. Otherwise, it will not.

Make sure when you buy a place that has already installed, the first thing you do is call NV energy to reset the whole thing. I have to wait over a month for someone to come reset it. Legit, thermostats should not be this difficult. At this point, I'll just buy one from Home Depot.

I just got a message on my phone from my notifications that said"Simple payment made through PayPal for $197.00" that is absurd!!!! This is scammy coming from Simple thermostat!! I didn't authorize a payment from them.... and I don't know why this is coming out of my PayPal from my bank account for stimulus his service, this should be a free service because I own the thermostat! There never was instructions that I have to pay $197.00 to run my thermostat from the app!!!!! MONEY BACK NOW!!!!!!
