When I first got the app it works great no issues easy and simple to use But all of a sudden glitching. Now I don't know what's going on, but it will not even open. What's going on gexa?

The app doesn't do anything when trying to log in. I've tried email, username and account number nothing works! 😤

The app and website do not work for bill payment. I have had the account for over 6 months and have not been able to make an online payment. I have to call the customer service phone number. It is terrible

The app worked when I first started with Gexa, now it will not open. Definitely a pain and annoying that I can't view my usage or bill easily.
