I've only ever used the app to book classes (a requirement of the gym). That bit works very smoothly. There are other features but I'm not interested. It could be a little more intuitive (e.g. not needing so many stages) but the app does everything I currently need, so I'm happy.

The app is so basic, mosy gyms have an up-to-date app where can you see how many people are in the gym and so on. The app needs a major upgrade.

The staff are brilliant but the company they use garlands are horrendous to have had to cancel membership due to incurred costs due to the staff couldn't operate a toilet seat pay the extra and go elsewhere
