The app launches with online exercise plans with a view to releasing helps you to give clients the support they deserve, while online bookings, chat messaging and payments make it easier for clients to access your services and will be added in the coming updates.

Works well for me - quick & efficient. There are a lot of complaints here, but I have had no problems creating an account via the "Forgot me" process (which is poor UX design to be fair), and actually using the application. Could be the way gyms are deploying this that is causing an issue? Either way, works flawless with my gym and even sends notices if I missed a class (which I cancelled halfway through the session)!

This App is a complete joke. Any gym offering it doesn't have any idea how bad it is. You would be better off using a carrier pigeon to book classes, at least that method would actually work and be reliable by comparison. You can't create an exercise plan without it crashing. If one is made for you, you can't change it. You can't change your account information at all! So your password is whatever it was set to, which is a massive joke in this day in age and will make a data breaches stupidly easy. Avoid this app at all costs

I used to love booking with this app for my swimming lanes. It was so easy. Now, if I type in a date the screen is just blank. The only way to book a lane is to guess which lane is free and click on it then scroll through the whole week on the off chance it is free. I thought maybe it was my phone, but chatting to other ladies in the changing room, it seems I'm not the only one. Really frustrating when you need to book a swimming lane 😒. Why has all this changed? It used to be so easy.
