Simply tel service is the worst one ever. Always the network is so much slow. And unfortunately now I have a problem, it's written for me emergency call only, so I can't receive any call from anyone, and I can't call anyone also. So how I will be able to get contact with simply tel workers? It's just frustrating. I just used 3 gb out of 18 gb whole month out and still now I can't use my network!!!

I can't seem to terminate my contract even though I should be able to terminate anytime. I habe send then several emails, and they respond with a text that they are still in process for now over two months! They still charging me!

Bad service, the customer service there does not know anything out of five calls, until they knew the problem. And I sent two emails that they did not respond to.
